Application cases of weight sensor based on analog signal output:

The series of analog signal output weighing sensors are widely used in industry, agriculture, national defense construction, daily life, education, scientific research and other fields. The analog weighing sensors are everywhere. However, in the design and use of the simulated weight sensor, there will be a problem of how to make its measurement accuracy reach the highest. However, many interferences have been affecting the measurement accuracy of the weighing sensor, such as voltage instability, interference of cable interlace signals, changes of magnetic field, variation of external temperature, and a series of other problems.

Say many weighing sensor field big energy-consuming equipment, especially high-power inductive load is enabled to stop often make grid generation hundred volts or even a few kv surge pulse interference and even damaged, and a case is industrial power grid under voltage or over voltage, power supply fluctuation change is bigger, often reaching about 35% of the rated voltage, the power supply is absolutely bad affects the measurement precision of the weighing sensor. Signals that are tied together or run on the same multi-core cable are also subject to interference, especially if the signal line and the AC power line travel together in a long pipe. Because of the poor performance of multiplex switches or retainers, channel signals can also be disturbed.

Various electromagnetic, meteorological conditions, lightning and even geomagnetic field changes in space will also interfere with the normal operation of the sensor. Changes in field temperature and humidity may cause changes in circuit parameters, corrosive gases, acid, alkali and salt, wind and sand in the field, rain, and even mouse-bite will affect the reliability of the sensor. The output of the analog weighing sensor is generally mV level signal, which requires signal amplification, processing and anti-interference, that is, the weak signal of the weighing sensor is accurately amplified to the signal needed for A/D conversion or the unified standard signal (such as 0 ~ 10VDC or 4 ~ 20mADC), and the required technical indicators are achieved. This requires the designer to pay attention to some problems not shown on the circuit diagram of the simulated weighing sensor, that is, the anti-interference problem. Only by making clear the interference source and interference mode of the simulated weighing sensor, and designing the circuit to eliminate interference or the measures to prevent interference, can the best state of the simulated weighing sensor be achieved.

The interference of weighing sensors and instruments in the field operation is varied. In many cases, different measures should be taken to deal with the interference of different sensors, which is the principle of anti-interference. This flexible strategy is undoubtedly contradictory to the universality, and the solution is to adopt the modular approach, in addition to the basic components, for different operating occasions, the instrument can be assembled with different options to effectively prevent interference and improve reliability. Interference sources affecting the accuracy of the simulated weighing sensor can be divided into electromagnetic induction, electrostatic induction, leakage influenza, rf interference and ambient interference, and then we need to make timely adjustment for different interference sources and different types of interference to solve the problem affecting the normal work of the weighing sensor.
