Pressure sensors are often used in safety control systems, mainly targeting at the air compressor's own safety management system. There are many sensor applications in the field of safety control. As a very common sensor, pressure sensor is not surprising to be applied in the safety control system. The application in the field of safety control is generally considered from the aspect of performance, from the consideration of price, and from the safety and convenience of practical operation, which has proved that the selection of pressure sensors is very good. Pressure sensors use mechanical processing techniques to attach components, signal regulators and other devices to a small chip. So the small size is one of its advantages, in addition, the cheap price is another of its advantages. To some extent, it can improve the accuracy of system test. In the safety control system, the pressure brought by the compressor can be controlled to a certain extent by installing the pressure sensor in the pipeline equipment of the air outlet, which is a certain protection measure and also a very effective control system. When the compressor starts normally, if the pressure value does not reach the upper limit, the controller will open the inlet and adjust it to make the equipment reach the maximum power.
3. Application of pressure sensor in injection mold Pressure sensor plays an important role in injection mold. The pressure sensor can be installed in the injection molding machine's nozzle, hot runner system, cold runner system and mold cavity. It can measure the plastic pressure somewhere between the injection molding machine's nozzle and mold cavity during injection, filling, pressure holding and cooling.
4. The application of pressure sensor to mine pressure monitoring is one of the key technologies of mine pressure monitoring. On the one hand, we should properly apply the various sensors we have to serve the mining industry; On the other hand, as a sensor manufacturer, new pressure sensors should be developed to adapt to more mining industry applications. There are many kinds of pressure sensors. Based on the special environment of mine pressure monitoring, the pressure sensors used in mine mainly include vibrating string pressure sensors, semiconductor piezoresistive pressure sensors, metal strain gauge pressure sensors, differential transformer pressure sensors and so on. These sensors are widely used in the mining industry. The specific sensors used are also selected according to the specific mining environment.
