One-pull pressure sensor Introduction:

The tension pressure sensor, also known as the resistance strain sensor, belongs to the weighing sensor series and is a device that converts physical signals into measurable electrical signals. Widely used in industrial weighing system, platform scale, electronic scale, hook scale, batching scale and other force measurement occasions.

Principle description of two - tension pressure sensor

The tension pressure sensor is mediated by the elastomer, and its resistance value is changed by the resistance plate acting on both sides of the sensor, and then converted into electrical signals through the corresponding circuit, so as to achieve the control behind. Its advantages are high precision, wide measuring range, long life, simple structure and good frequency response characteristics.

Four tension pressure sensor characteristics

(1) Linearity: refers to the degree to which the actual relation curve between sensor output and input deviates from the fitted line. It is defined as the ratio of the maximum deviation value between the actual characteristic curve and the fitting line within the full range to the output value of the full range.

(2) Sensitivity: Sensitivity is an important indicator of the static characteristics of the tension pressure sensor. It is defined as the ratio of the increment of the output to the increment of the corresponding input that causes the increment. The sensitivity is denoted by S.

(3) Hysteresis: The phenomenon that the input and output characteristic curves of the sensor do not coincide when the input quantity changes from small to large (positive stroke) and input quantity changes from large to small (negative stroke) becomes hysteresis. For the input signal of the same size, the positive and negative travel output signal of the sensor is not the same size, this difference is called hysteresis difference.

(4) Repeatability: Repeatability refers to the degree of inconsistency in the characteristic curve of the tension pressure sensor when the input quantity changes in the same direction for several times in a row in the full range.

(5) Drift: The drift of the sensor means that the output of the sensor changes with time when the input is unchanged, and the second phenomenon is called drift. There are two reasons for the drift: first, the structural parameters of the sensor itself; The second is the surrounding environment (such as temperature, humidity, etc.).
