Pressure is one of the important parameters in industrial production. In order to ensure the normal operation of production, pressure must be monitored and controlled. The following is the pressure sensor selection is often used: 1, standard pressure to atmospheric pressure as the standard pressure, greater than atmospheric pressure is called positive pressure; Anything less than atmospheric pressure is called negative pressure. 2. Absolute pressure The pressure expressed in terms of absolute vacuum. 3. Relative pressure The pressure relative to the comparison object (standard pressure). 4. Atmospheric pressure refers to atmospheric pressure. The standard atmospheric pressure (1atm) corresponds to the pressure at a height of 760mm mercury. 5. Vacuum refers to the pressure state below atmospheric pressure. 1 torr =1 over 760 atmospheres. 6. Detection pressure range refers to the sensor's adaptive pressure range. 7. Withstand pressure. When it returns to the test pressure, its performance does not degrade under the pressure. 8. Round trip precision when a certain temperature (23& DEg; C), when pressure is increased or decreased, the pressure change value of the action point is obtained by removing the pressure value of output reversal with the full scale value of pressure detection. 9. Accuracy at a certain temperature (23& DEg; C), the value obtained by removing the deviation from the output current rated value (4mA, 20mA) with the full scale value when zero pressure and rated pressure are added. The units are expressed in %FS. 10. The linear analog output shows a linear change to the detection pressure, but is deviated from the ideal line. The value of this deviation expressed as a percentage of the full scale value is called linear. 11. Hysteresis (linear) An ideal line is drawn between the output current (or voltage) using zero voltage and rated voltage, the difference between the current (or voltage) and the ideal current (or voltage) is calculated as an error, and the error is calculated as the pressure rises and falls. The value obtained by removing the maximum value of the absolute value of the difference from the current (or voltage) value of the full scale is the hysteresis. The units are expressed in %FS. 12. Hysteresis The value obtained by removing the difference between the output ON point pressure and OFF point pressure with the full scale value of the pressure is the hysteresis. 13. Non-corrosive gas refers to the substances (nitrogen, carbon dioxide, etc.) and inert gases (argon, neon, etc.) contained in the air.
